All orders are shipped via UPS, Fedex or Purolator depending on your location.
When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Local Pick Up
Pick up is located in Norfolk County, Ontario.
All orders must be picked up within 30 days of receiving your pick up email.
If for any reason you cannot pickup within 30 days, please email us.
Unless otherwise listed, signs may not be changed.
Please do not request colour, size, font or other changes in the checkout notes box.

When will my order ship?
Our turnaround time varies, please be sure to read the welcome blurb on the homepage to find our current turnaround time.
Who will be delivering my order?
We ship via UPS, Fedex, and Purolator. The carrier will vary based on your location. When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking!
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
Oh no! These things happen unfortunately. Please email us with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org and attach photos of the damaged product(s).
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at email@example.com with your order number ASAP! Once you have received your shipping confirmation email an order cannot be canceled.
My bank statement doesn't match my order total, what happened?
All prices on our website are listed in CAD unless manually changed (currency can be changed at the bottom of the home page). If you are located in the USA, your order total will likely be converted and charged in USD on your bank statement!
If I place more than one order, can you combine shipping?
We will always try our best to combine orders if possible. If you place multiple orders, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP with your order numbers!
